Busy week had by some?

Snowy magic in Belgium

Well an eventful week had. Some ventured off to other lands in search for that elusive 'walk, while the rest of us either walked our usual trodden paths, wearing in new boots or nursing new and old injuries. This getting old thing is not as easy as it should be. Ady managed to get his new Meindl boots and took them along with Senna the Cockerpoo for a stroll atop the Romney Marsh flats in Lympne, Martin is nursing an old knee injury so wasn't able to do much more than regular walks whilst working, Mark was in the gym several times last week and got ribbed for using the stair-master machine (escalator type) which despite being a machine, does help to strengthen the legs. Kai is walking daily-well done, Brian is out twice daily and you can see his post from one of those walks, despite having a mild dose of man-flu (thankfully not a full blown bout as this would have rendered him limited to mini walks) and I managed to injure my upper thigh muscle doing weighted lunges at the gym last week! (I'm back now)

Simon managed to get over to Belgium and you can see his snowy winter wonderland shots here
